Job Title : VIP Relationship Manager Job Type : Remote Job Overview : We are seeking an enthusiastic Relationship Manager to join our Client Service team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, aiming to enhance customer experience, foster client loyalty, and drive business success in the region (Italy). Responsibilities : Perform client acquisition and manage strong relationships with a portfolio of global VIP clients; Build rapport by maintaining frequent and sustained communication to expand relationships with existing clients; Develop and optimize customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and monitor the status of key customers; Analyze client behavior, identify unspoken needs, and prepare detailed customer analysis reports; Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to deliver optimal service solutions and enhance customer experience. Qualifications : 4-7 years of experience in sales and client services, preferably with an international financial background in banking, investments, or related fields; Experience managing client portfolios that include institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private banking clients, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks; Experience with trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous; Excellent communication and written skills; Proficiency in Italian (both written and spoken); Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining strong multi-tasking capabilities.
