Position: CLIENT ADVISOR Part-Time - Categorie Protette (L.68/99) - The Mall Leccio We are seeking a highly motivated Client Advisor for our boutique in The Mall Leccio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating an exclusive customer experience, be results-oriented, eager to learn, stay current with fashion trends, and have a strong interest in our brand and products. Responsibilities include: Master the client journey and create emotional connections with customers; Engage existing and prospective clients according to weekly plans set by store management; Deliver impeccable Valentino Couture service throughout all phases of the customer interaction (preparation, greeting, exploration, presentation, closing, farewell); Focus on developing and retaining existing clients while recruiting new ones; Engage customers through various selling opportunities such as walk-ins, private appointments, and phone consultations; Participate actively in sales routines and partnership activities. Operations and Visual Merchandising: Manage all sales and after-sales activities, including returns, repairs, and complaints; Ensure proper product maintenance and replenishment on the floor; Maintain knowledge of warehouse stock across all categories to ensure shelves are stocked and sales are maximized; Follow administrative and operational procedures; Coordinate with visual teams to ensure display guidelines are followed and report relevant information to management. Qualifications: Retail experience; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages are a plus; Team player with a proactive attitude; Strong knowledge of high fashion; Ability to adapt to changing company needs; Existing client network in the luxury sector.
