We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on individual to join our team as a Delivery & Maintenance Coordinator on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: • Reconcile delivery notes and invoices with client orders and prepare material for delivery. • Plan and load deliveries efficiently; ensure accurate and safe product delivery, collecting documentation or payments as needed. • Maintain and clean the company vehicles regularly. • Assist in any warehouse operations, such as checking and stacking received goods as well as general organization and relocation of products. • Assist the Technical Team with onsite maintenance and repairs at our client’s locations when support is needed, by following Gantt charts and reporting progress daily. • Manage all internal maintenance and repairs for general improvements to the office workspace. Requirements: • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Good knowledge of roads and local routes • Clean police conduct. • Well-groomed and professional appearance. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Computer literate, especially with data entry tasks. • Excellent time management and customer service abilities. • Able to work independently and take initiative. • Knows how to handle hand tools well. • Previous maintenance experience is a must. • Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or warehouse operations is an asset.
