Company Description Aviomar Flight Academy is an established leader in the aviation training industry in Italy and Europe. Our ATO is certified as EASA IT.ATO.0003 and we take pride in our staff, professional trainers and large training fleet of aircraft and simulators. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Training Support Staff based in Monterotondo (RM), Italy. The person in charge will support training administrators in managing day-to-day operations that include coordinating resources/schedule, responding to queries, tracking inventory, monitoring training schedules, supervising examinations and processing training documentation. The role requires a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively and deliver exceptional customer service. This position may require work during weekend days. Qualifications Degree-level education Operations and Operations Management skills Analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail and data management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service experience with a passionate and friendly approach Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel Experience in or knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus Excellent written/spoken knowledge of English and Italian Language, other languages a plus
