Finance Specialist

Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a Finance Specialist for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector. We offer: initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company. Possibility of smart working. CCNL Metalworking Industry, GAP 34.000 € - 36.000 €. Workplace: Florence. Responsibilities: owning a strong technical knowledge of CSA accounting; working in partnership with regional CSA Finance Manager and Regional Americas -Finance Leader to estimate quarterly sales and margin figures; active participation in closing activities leading ledger analysis and actual versus estimate tracking; consolidating various legal entities P&L including statutory analysis; contributing to projects enhancing financial data quality working with IT Finance team to resolve technical issues; supporting Contractual Margin Reviews and coaching of junior analysts and contractors; audit support. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree; proven experience in financial analysis; analytical mindset, strong oral and written communication skills; showing strong commitment and enthusiasm towards new financial projects; proactive attitude, problem solving and ability to work under pressure; ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
