Senior Project Manager Freelance

Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a Senior Project Manager Freelance to join our Experiential Team in Milan. Main Roles & Responsibilities: Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success. Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations. Manage the team on field. Assist with planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates for the project. Exercise strong project leadership skills combined with business acumen and analytic skills. Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with creating project deliverables. Respond proactively and reliably to incoming agency requests. Ensure diligent management of administrative tasks (cost estimates, financial tracking, timing plans, forecasting, contact & status reports, etc.). Desired Skills: Proven experience in sport events / Olympics management is a plus. 3 to 5 years of experience in roles within multinational corporations or agencies as a Project Manager. Strong project leadership skills, with responsibility for managing teams, budgets, and schedules. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Attitude & Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure. Strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects. Great team player.
