Job Summary The Sales Support Service is responsible for maximizing customer and order acquisition in line with company strategy, managing the day-to-day operation of the quotation process from initial contact to project fulfillment handover, and resolving technical issues for internal/external customers. Responsibilities Qualify, assess, prioritize, and schedule all incoming inquiries, ensuring customer dates are achieved and updates are provided to customers and sales engineers on any changes or alternatives. Select and quote solutions and services to an optimum and competitive standard. Validate all incoming orders technically and hand them over to the administrative team within an acceptable timeframe. Ensure pricing and margins comply with required authorizations. Add value by suggesting solutions and up-selling products and services. Maintain close communication with sales engineers on all quotations. Identify and generate potential sales opportunities with existing and new customers, develop proposals, and coordinate processes to ensure high customer satisfaction. Present proposals to customers and follow up accordingly. Develop, evaluate, and discuss possible solutions with customers and sales engineers. Continuously assess training needs and update team on processes and tools. Other Responsibilities Encourage customer growth and loyalty through ongoing support and service. Perform duties aligned with company strategy regarding vertical markets, product mix, and sales levels. Prepare reports as needed. Participate actively in teamwork for various projects. Keep customer database updated. Implement local business standards. Qualifications Degree in Engineering, preferably Thermodynamics or Mechanics, or equivalent. 1-2 years of professional experience is preferable. Knowledge of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and HVAC systems is advantageous. Willingness to increase technical knowledge and travel occasionally. Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Languages: Italian (good), English. Strong communication, teamwork, sales, and customer service skills. Well-organized and detail-oriented.
