Performance & Operations Program Manager

Overview Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for the Performance & Operations Program Manager for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector. We offer : initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company. Possibility of smart working. Workplace : Florence. Compensation : CCNL Metalworking Industry, GAP 34.000 € - 36.000 €. Responsibilities lead initiatives related to OTD (On Time Delivery) and ODBL (Overdue Backlog) with the aim to improve Customer satisfaction in collaboration with Brilliant Parts, Finance, Regions and Supply Chain; elaborate quarter end OTD & ODBL estimate driving corrective actions in case of variance; create a comprehensive long term tracking model, lead rhythm with Regional teams for OTD&ODBL improvement, make Regions accountable by improving visibility; drive simplification and improvement initiatives specific for the area / region, to achieve better operational performances and cost savings. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor's degree required, major in Information Technology, Engineering or other related field preferred; minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Materials management, Project Management and / or Project Implementations; clear understanding of Materials processes and planning and control systems; strong project management and consulting skills with the ability to influence work effectively and implement solutions in a cross-functional team environment; strong analytical, communication and time management skills; proficient skills in PC and Microsoft Office Win Project, ERP, Oracle applications; organized, detail oriented and methodical; fluent English.
