Direct and oversee daily operations of the service and sales desk, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all transactions. Implement strategic plans to enhance customer service, streamline operations, and maximize profitability. Manage, train, and evaluate desk staff to ensure top-notch performance and development. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest industry trends, technologies, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly. Coordinate with the marketing and inventory teams to optimize product offerings and promotions. Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other industry players.
