Partners Bank, a leader in personalized banking solutions located in Maine, is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Assistant I to join our dynamic Customer Service & Support team. In this role, you will be the forefront of our commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers. You will utilize your communication and problem-solving skills to manage customer inquiries effectively, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions promptly and professionally. Assist customers with account details, transaction issues, product information, and general inquiries. Understand and promote bank products and services to cater to customer needs effectively. Maintain a high level of accuracy in processing customer transactions to ensure compliant banking operations. Work collaboratively with team members to meet departmental goals and improve customer service processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and compliance policies.
