Job Description
Cava Companies, a leader in real estate investment and development based in Richmond, VA, is seeking a motivated and organized Construction Admin to support our ongoing construction projects. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction operations, helping us to meet our goal of delivering value through strategic real estate acquisitions, renovations, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a sharp attention to detail and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Provide administrative support to the construction management team Assist in the preparation and coordination of documents, such as contracts, proposals, and reports Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports Handle correspondence with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders Assist in budget tracking and processing invoices Ensure all safety and regulatory guidelines are adhered to Support the procurement of materials and manage inventory Proficiency in MS Office and project management software Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism Knowledge of construction terminology and processes
