Lead and motivate a team to exceed customer service goals and maintain operational standards. Ensure a smooth operational flow and high levels of staff performance through effective scheduling, training, and real-time management. Handle staffing requirements, including recruitment, training, development, and performance management. Liaise with senior management to implement marketing strategies, promotions, and events that align with brand values and enhance customer experience. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Manage inventory and ensure that all products, including high-quality haircare products, are stocked and used effectively Proactively resolve any issues related to staff or clients, ensuring durable solutions are implemented.
