Material Handler

Join a Leading Archery Manufacturer! How would you like to be part of a company that handcrafts custom hunting bows? We’re hiring Material Handlers on 1st and 2nd shift to support the assembly and inspection of high-quality bowstrings. If you have strong fine motor coordination and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity! Pay and Schedule: 1st Shift: $18.00/hr (6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.) Monday-Friday 2nd Shift: $20.00/hr (2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) Monday-Friday What You’ll Do: Receive and fulfill bowstring and damper job orders. Retrieve raw materials from inventory. Operate wrapping, serving, measuring, and spooling machines safely and efficiently. Inspect bowstrings for accuracy (length, diameter, material, strand count, appearance, etc.). Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment. Record productivity/quality data and submit reports. Assist with filling serving tools and housekeeping duties. Support other departments as needed. What We’re Looking For: Strong fine motor coordination and attention to detail. Willingness to work full-time on 1st or 2nd shift. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Why Join Us?
