Job Description
o Required: Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in leading and providing technical guidance and direction involving multiple projects of high complexity with a federal agency. Department of Defense experience is preferred o Must have experience in managing customer expectations and working directly with customers. o Must have outstanding customer service abilities to initiative, judgement, creativity, flexibility, and confidence. o Must have the ability to multi-task across multiple projects. o Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
