Business License Administrator

Job Description Job Description Snelling is currently recruiting for a Business License Administrator for an amazing company in the Homewood area! Responsible for providing quality customer support for Clients and Taxpayers through phones, email, and correspondence, daily processing of payments, working delinquent accounts, and providing follow-up for Clients and Supervisors. Starting Pay: $18.00-19.00/hr Hours: Must be available for the typical 7:30a-4:30p Monday-Friday, but also 10:00am-7:00pm as needed to help with west coast customers. Duties and Responsibilities for Business License Administrator: Heavy data entry, payment processing, preparing deposits, working delinquent accounts, processing correspondence, inbound/outbound telephone customer service, research, resolve, and record problems. Experience & Abilities Required for Business License Administrator: Minimum 1-2 years in an office environment with heavy inbound/outbound phone experience. Heavy data entry Minimum 3 years customer service experience. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to speak effectively with customers and employees. Ability to proofread correspondence, detect/correct errors, and read and interpret city/county tax ordinances. Ability to perform basic math computations using online, desk top calculator, or creating calculations in spreadsheets. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred, but not required.
