Sr. Business Operations Analyst with Security Clearance

Senior Business Operations Analyst Location: Stafford, VA or Quantico, VA Job Type: Full-Time Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI Summary We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to provide high-level administrative and operational support to a federal customer's leadership team. This position requires exceptional coordination, communication, and management skills to ensure seamless execution of business operations in a secure government environment. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities • Provide executive-level support to senior leadership, including calendar management, correspondence, travel planning, and meeting coordination. • Lead and support operational tasks related to business planning, performance tracking, and records management. • Develop and maintain reports, presentations, and official communications. • Conduct property and asset inventory management. • Support internal and external coordination for conferences, briefings, and interagency engagements. • Maintain and update organizational charts, SharePoint sites, distribution lists, and other shared resources. • Prepare status reports, budget inputs, and performance metrics. • Handle classified and controlled unclassified information (CUI) per federal regulations. • Participate in investigative management and technical support efforts. Minimum Qualifications • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant senior business operations or management support experience. Skills: o Strong written and oral communication o Microsoft Office Suite proficiency o Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks o Familiarity with federal records, correspondence tracking, and task management tools Clearance • Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance required at time of application. Education • Bachelor's degree required • In lieu of a degree, 8 years of relevant experience (in addition to the required 3 years) may be considered. Hours of Operation • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time • No routine telework; ad hoc telework may be permitted with prior approval.
