Responsibilities Direct and oversee all field operations for commercial and tenant improvement projects nationwide. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Create, update, and manage project schedules, site logistics, and budgets. Perform regular site walks to monitor progress, workmanship, and adherence to safety standards. Troubleshoot onsite issues quickly to keep projects on track. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers at the project level. Track daily logs, prepare reports, and maintain accurate project documentation. Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and at the highest level of quality. Qualifications Required 7 years of experience as a Superintendent with a proven track record managing large-scale projects. Experience delivering projects valued between $5M–$50M. Strong ability to manage field staff, schedules, subcontractor performance, and safety. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site logistics. Background working with a medium-to-large general contractor preferred. Preferred Previous experience in Tilt-Up, ground-up commercial, large TI, multifamily, or mixed-use projects. OSHA certification or equivalent safety training. Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and related construction software. Strong blueprint and construction document reading skills.
