Job Description

TS/SCI CI Poly Needed for Consideration Position Overview: MKS2 Technologies is seeking a cleared Infrastructure Systems Administrator to provide on-site residency services supporting the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Dell infrastructure solutions. The role involves close collaboration with the client’s IT team to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient operations across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Assist with architectural planning and documentation of Dell hardware/software deployments. Create diagrams and documentation for all Dell gear. Support implementation of DISA STIGs and security compliance. Manage inventory and warranty data using Dell OpenManage Enterprise (OME). Install, configure, and maintain: Dell PowerProtect Data Domain / DDVE Dell Servers and iDRAC Troubleshoot and remediate Dell hardware issues, including replacements. Package and manage firmware updates using Repository Manager. Assist with VMware integrations and backup agent installations. Provide ongoing support for PowerProtect Data Manager. Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph. Experience with Dell infrastructure (PowerProtect, Data Domain, DDVE, iDRAC, OME). Familiarity with DISA STIGs and federal IT compliance standards. Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a secure environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with VMware and backup solutions. Knowledge of federal acquisition and security protocols. Prior experience supporting government clients or military installations. Salary: $165,000-$185,000
