Pay Information $2,330 per week About The Position Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid 3x12-Hour; Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 1 year required; Trauma Level II experience required License: Valid RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC required; ENPC and CEN preferred Must-Have: - Bedside Shift Reporting (BSSR) skills - Utilization of AIDET - Hourly rounding Description: This position requires utilization of Bedside Shift Reporting (BSSR). AIDET communication is essential. Hourly rounding is mandatory for this role. Experience in a Trauma Level II setting is necessary. Floating to support other units may be required when ED volumes are low. Due to fluctuating patient census, some shifts may start later in the day. Effective communication and exceptional customer service are expected. Previous charge experience is preferred. Candidates must possess essential certifications including ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC. ENPC and CEN certifications are a plus. There is an expectation to demonstrate great phone etiquette. Candidates should be prepared to complete all compliance requirements in a timely manner. Emergency Department experience is highly valued.
