Sales Advisor

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a family owned house builder who have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join their team on a brand-new site on the Hampshire/Dorset border. The yearly salary is up to £32,000 with the potential to earn up to £16,000 in commission per annum. You will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities required for this position include: * Be the first point of contact for all potential new home purchasers * Maximise and exceed the sales of residential units to agreed targets using discernible customer service skills resulting in a seamless * Generate and follow up potential leads for future business. * Manage and coordinate the presentation of the show areas to ensure the company’s image is maintained plus maintenance of empty properties in accordance with agreed standards. * Maintain excellent customer service skills Key Skills & Experience required for the position include: * 2 year’s experience working in residential new homes * Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets/is target driven * First class customer service skills delivering a smooth customer journey * Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook * Proven negotiation skills * Superior written and verbal communication * Demonstrative customer service skills including empathy and listening skills * Comfortable working under pressure and with competing demands * Full UK Driving License * Right to work in the UK Working hours: Thursday – Monday, 09:45am to 5:15pm If you are interested then please apply now alternatively contact Jess Angel on the contact details below
