Locum Litigation Lawyer Sellick Partnership is working on behalf of our Local Authority client in the recruitment of an experienced Litigation Lawyer. This is an interim role with an expected duration of between 3 - 6 months with scope for further extension. Duties of the Litigation Locum Managing a varied caseload including: Housing advice in relation to homelessness, ASB injunctions and possessions Planning enforcement Commercial disputes Education Judicial review Representing the Local Authority in Court We are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister of CILEX lawyer with experience in dealing with a broad range of litigious matters. Previous public sector experience is desirable. This is a hybrid working role with some Court attendance required. Full and part time hours will be considered.
