Day in the life of a Customer Service Representative Be a Customer Champion: You'll be the friendly voice & helpful hand for our customers managing enquiries on disconnection & reconnection of electricity services, handling enquiries related to new connections, solar solutions, billing, payment plans, direct debits, and meter readings.
