A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your application EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent SECTOR : Stores / Stock BASIC SALARY : R9000.00 START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate REQUIREMENTS: Matric (Grade 12) At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred) Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with MS Office, including Excel and Pastel Strong client orientation and interpersonal skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Basic financial understanding DUTIES: Pick and pack stock accurately and efficiently Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers on arrival and departure Manage transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system Ensure accuracy in quantity and pricing during sales Process invoices and check picking slips Accept payments via cash and credit card Confirm that payments are reflecting correctly in the companys accounts Issue receipts, refunds, and change as required Participate in regular stock takes and inventory check Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times HOURS: Monday to Friday: 08:30 17:00
