Your mission is to become a member of our Sales team and build up business activities by selling the entire PLM software solution suite to Strategic Named Accounts and/or within key vertical markets. Position Siemens Digital Industries Software as a preferred provider and trusted advisor that best responds to customer needs. Responsibilities Based in Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna (region focus) with the aim to develop business in these areas. Sell the entire PLM software solution suite to Strategic Named Accounts and/or within key vertical markets. Position Siemens Digital Industries Software as a preferred provider and trusted advisor that meets customer needs. Establish territory plans and maintain a sales pipeline; maintain forecast accuracy for the account portfolio. Build effective strategies to reduce competitive threats and capture competitive information through win/loss analysis. Use strategic value selling methodology, tools and processes to improve sales efficiency on complex projects and pursuits. Engage prospects and develop strategic recommendations that align with the customer’s strategic initiatives and deliver mutual value. Build a broad network to create additional opportunities. Collaborate with colleagues such as Presales Consultants and Portfolio Developers (PFD); lead cross-functional teams to build competitive advantage. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve targets and drive business impact. Qualifications Engineering degree or equivalent. 5 years track record in selling complex technical software solutions (e.g., PLM, ALM, CAx (Design or Simulation), BI, Cloud or MOM). Ability to lead cross-functional teams and to achieve targets. Ability to identify key stakeholders and Decision Makers, and to establish long-term relationships built on trust, credibility and respect with them, with the ability to influence. Strategist; flexible to work independently as well as in a team in a collaborative environment. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English. Willing to travel within Italian territory.
