Retail Head of Design

Overview Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a creative innovative Retail Head of Design to join our Retail Team! Responsibilities Reporting to the Retail Director, you will be responsible for the management of the Designer Department. Development and management of big retail design projects for international clients. Lead, mentor, and manage the Retail Design Department; creation, development and execution (3D modelling & renderings). Management of the various steps of the project and day-to-day activities related to project delivery. Meeting clients with account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements. Conduct feasibility and technical studies to assess design viability and production implications. External suppliers coordination and project estimation. Project implementation and delivery. Required skills Minimum 7 years’ experience as Senior Project Designer or equivalent role. Proven experience in the retail field and in team management. Advanced 3D design and rendering skills. Experience managing external/internal stakeholders. Autonomy, stress management, accuracy. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation. Strong time management skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
