Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in procurement, preferably in machinery sector. 5-8 years of experience in procurement processes, supply chain management, and contract negotiation. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‐solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using procurement software/tools and MS Office Suite.
