Job Title: Night Shift Site Manager – Morrisons Shop Fit-Out (Hamilton - Glasgow) Location: Hamilton, Glasgow Shift Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Duration: (Nights) Tuesday 26th August - Thursday 27th August The Opportunity: The Shore Group – Integrated Services is looking for a Site Manager to lead night shift operations on a Morrisons retail fit-out project in Hamilton, Glasgow. This is a key role managing overnight site activity, ensuring smooth operations, and acting as the main point of contact during night hours. Requirements: * Proven experience in shop fitting or retail fit-out projects * Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills * Ability to work independently and reliably Key Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate all night shift site activities * Ensure health and safety standards are maintained * Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders * Maintain site documentation and reporting during night hour Essential Certifications: * SMSTS * First Aid at Work * CSCS Card Additional Information: * This is a night shift-only role (site operates 24/7) * No accommodation ("digs") provided Interested?
