HVAC ENGINEER

Job Title: HVAC Engineer Location: Dunfermline Salary: £41,000 per annum Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time About the Role We're looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer to join a permanent position on a large-scale, high-profile commercial site in Dunfermline. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive, well-established team, maintaining and optimising critical building systems in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and VRV/VRF systems. Diagnose and repair faults quickly and effectively to minimise operational downtime. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and company procedures, particularly around health and safety. Complete all service and maintenance records accurately and promptly. Support other engineers on-site when required, ensuring seamless building operations. Deliver excellent customer service in a client-facing environment. Requirements FGAS Category 1 Certification (essential). Proven experience in commercial building maintenance, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls. Ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent fault-finding, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Additional HVAC or mechanical qualifications (desirable).
