You ensure that these products meet quality requirements and shipment deadlines. You have: You have basic knowledge of computers, hardware, and operating systems You are familiar with Windows Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) You have good technical insight and strong visual inspection skills You are able to lift and move heavy products (up to 10 kg) You understand common interfaces (USB, LAN, VGA, etc.) and their functions what will you do As a Testing and Rework Technician you combine testing with hands-on rework. You make sure products meet quality standards by identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing defects. Together with your team, you keep processes running smoothly and efficiently. Perform testing and rework of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) products. Conduct software rework, ECO, BIOS, and firmware upgrades. Perform testing of motherboards, backplanes, and AOCs. Document inspection results and provide feedback on defects to the quality team. Follow standard testing procedures and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced production environment. Ensure compliance with company and production department policies and procedures.
