Coordinator Stores (Inbound) - Malmesbury

Main purpose of the job: Manage the Inbound Logistics, Warehouses and Reverse Logistics flow of materials of KG and LLP Stores. Purpose and scope of job is not conclusive and may be amended to suit changing needs of the business. The coordinator has the overall responsibility to ensure that their respective department consistently operates as per Inbound Stores expectations. Preferred Minimum Requirements: Matric Degree with some financial components would be beneficial Degree: Logistics OR Supply Chain Management OR Warehouse Management Full competence is typically reached over a period of 5 years plus in warehouse management position within a world class manufacturing environment Knowledge: An understanding of Warehouse Management and Supply Chain principles Administration and Management Knowledge, Customer Service, inventory management, Personnel and Human Resources practices, Basic Production and processing knowledge, Audit compliance, HACCP, ISO, GMP, OHS, Supplier agreement concept and Service Level understanding between departments Skills: Intermediate computer skills Administration skills Analysis and interpretation of information Problem identification and Basic Accounting Monitoring, Conflict Handling, Negotiation Skills and Industrial Relations
