HR Generalist / HRBP

Our client within the Retail sector is seeking a HRBP / HR Generalist to join their team in the Nelspruit region. This will be a permanent opportunity and will focus on HR Processes, Compliance and People Management. The Key Responsibilities: Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and induction. Managing HR processes including payroll, leave, benefits, and performance reporting. Supporting compliance in OHS, EE, and HR policies. Advising managers and staff on HR-related issues. Participating in workforce planning and organisational development. Driving employee relations and supporting IR matters. Preparing HR reports, analysing trends, and making recommendations. Minimum Requirements & Experience Grade 12 with an Associate BA degree In HR or related field At least 3 years experience in an HR administrative role Strong communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of HR Systems and applications Solid understanding of BCEA and OHS Ready to take the next step in your career?
