Dealer Principal

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and administration. Drive profitability through effective business planning, cost control, and revenue growth. Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets and ensure exceptional customer service. Implement and maintain compliance with OEM and group standards. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve market share and customer satisfaction. Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational KPIs. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience as a Dealer Principal or Senior Manager in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of dealership operations, including financials, HR, and OEM requirements. Proven ability to drive sales performance and improve profitability. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Relevant qualification in Business Management or Automotive Management (advantageous).
