Marketing Manager – Pharmaceutical (Dermatology Focus) Location: Cdmx Employment Type: Temporary (6 months) About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in the field of dermatology. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth, strengthen brand presence, and support the launch and lifecycle management of innovative products. What you’ll do: ✨ Design and execute marketing strategies to strengthen our brand in dermatology. ✨ Lead product positioning, market segmentation, and lifecycle management. ✨ Partner with cross-functional teams (medical, sales, regulatory) to ensure alignment and compliance. ✨ Build strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders. ✨ Drive digital campaigns, events, and congress participation. ✨ Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns. What we’re looking for: ✔ Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences (MBA a plus). ✔ 5 years of pharma marketing experience; dermatology background preferred. ✔ Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations. ✔ Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills. ✔ Fluent in English.
