Job Summary Responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting logistics and production needs through effective team leadership and process optimization. Main Responsibilities Coordinate warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy in stock records. Implement and maintain safety procedures and compliance with regulations. Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks to meet operational goals. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of warehouse activities. Collaborate with other departments to support production and logistics needs. Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in warehouse management. Manage space utilization and optimize layout for operational efficiency. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss. Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity. Train and develop warehouse personnel in procedures and safety standards. Resolve issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, and equipment failures. Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices. Maintain records and reports for performance metrics and compliance. Coordinate with suppliers and carriers for inbound and outbound logistics. Ensure availability of necessary equipment and supplies for warehouse operations. Lead daily meetings to communicate priorities and address operational challenges. Qualifications Automotive experience is a MUST Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control Knowledge of safety regulations and logistics procedures Strong leadership and organizational skills
