Job Description

Service Line Coordinator Description The Service Line coordinator will be responsible for following up contract negotiations, and development of the Medical clinical utilization program and service line while providing support for the implementation of Medical projects Key Responsibilities Follow up Strategic Contracts to build Medical, Surgical & Cardiology/Radiology Service Line Contract Portfolio. Follow up on the portfolio of suppliers for the timely payment of the administrative fee. Manage, track and regularly reports on status of service line projects. Request and reconcile the sales report associated with contracts with suppliers, validating the traceability by skus and verification in certain specific cases of the paid sale, for the settlement of the administrative fee. Manage the generation of invoices for the administrative fee and guarantee the presentation in the official channels informed in the contracts with suppliers. Assist, as needed, in the successful implementation of contracts. This may include representing the team in internal or client meetings, where appropriate, oral presentations when requested, and creating articulated and accurate contract descriptions for the implementation team. With other service line managers, responsible for resolving customer issues related to portfolio contracts, providing prompt and responsive service to customers and customer support staff. This will involve an accurate understanding of the terms and conditions of the contract and quick access to the right supplier representatives. Schedule and lead vendor business reviews as needed to explore ways to commercialize vendor contracts and collaborate with the implementation team to address customer concerns and enforce resolutions. General Knowledge/Competencies Provides effective communication which includes verbal, listening, writing, and presentation skills to a variety of stakeholders from executives to staff. Analytical and quantitative thinker. Business planning skills to include cost impact analysis. Highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook. Analytical and quantitative thinker Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree required Technical English Experience 3-5 years related experience in healthcare service line required 3-5 years related experience in contract management and communication of contractual initiatives to customer and customer service, preferably in healthcare supply chain management (Clinics and Hospitals) Please add your resume when apply.
