About the job As an Electronic Engineer , you will oversee maintenance and operations of miners at various sites, leading repair tasks to ensure optimal performance. You will build strong internal client-supplier relationships with the mining team, ensuring the lab’s strategic function is maintained. Responsibilities: Planning and Procurement: Develop and manage inventory plans. Ensure availability of raw materials, spare parts, and consumables for continuous production. Site Management: Manage lab site investments aligned with business needs. Implement maintenance strategies to maximize site hashrate. Drive improvements and keep technical info updated. Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety and quality standards. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team. Promote safety, collaboration, and accountability. Support onsite and remote colleagues to achieve goals. Qualifications: Technical bachelor’s degree, preferably in electronics. 5 years’ experience in similar roles; electronics service background is a plus. Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is advantageous. Soft Skills: Safety-first attitude and strong work ethics. Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial. Structured, goal-oriented, with good prioritization skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High energy, adaptable, results-driven.
