Plan and schedule material/production needs. Impact departmental operations and be responsible for planning and execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on executing activities within standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but typically with guidance. Roles and Responsibilities Manage master planning, material processes, and systems; prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plans and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements. Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Use prior experience and technical expertise to execute policy and strategy. Understand key business drivers; use this understanding to accomplish work. Recognize how the work of the team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. Use judgment and propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance. Utilize experience and technical skills to solve straightforward tasks. Access multiple internal sources to make decisions. Likely an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader capable of hiring and developing talent. Provide informal guidance to new team members. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, or related fields. Advanced English proficiency for conferences with foreign suppliers (imported materials). Desired Qualifications Excel and PowerPoint skills (SAP, VBA, BI, AI Chats are a plus). Experience in team coordination preferred. Experience negotiating with clients or suppliers. Availability to travel (usually once every two months). Availability to work 100% in-person.
