Our People eXperience & Technology (PXT - Human Resources) professionals care deeply about the employee experience and support employees and leaders in focusing on people through engagement, technology, and innovation. Key job responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for the PXT (People eXperience and Technology - Human Resources) agenda in an Amazon warehouse located in Cajamar-SP. The HR generalist role is pivotal in driving business results by seamlessly blending strategic insight with hands-on PXT execution. Through cultivating trusted partnerships with leaders, these professionals adeptly manage complex employee matters, provide targeted coaching on performance and talent development, and actively shape organizational culture. Their multifaceted work significantly enhances the employee experience while ensuring PXT practices align closely with overarching organizational goals. Key responsibilities include: Spearheading internal communication and employee engagement initiatives Facilitating leadership development programs from supervisor to managerial levels Overseeing labor and employee relations issues Consolidating and analyzing critical HR metrics (e.g., absenteeism, attrition, fill rates) Managing employee services such as shuttle transportation and food services Developing continuous improvement plans for employee experience Designing and executing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs This holistic approach ensures that the HR generalist role fosters a productive, inclusive, and engaging work environment that supports organizational success. A day in the life As an HRBP, no two days are alike, but a typical day may include: Working with a team of HR Assistants to create the best experience for employees Leading the reporting and analysis of HR metrics and goals Participating in daily meetings with the Operations team and support areas Monitoring workforce planning meetings Conducting "Gemba" walks and monitoring operational processes on the shop floor Monitoring labor and employee relations trends and risks Participating in Brazil PXT Operations team meetings, reporting metrics Leading PXT and multidisciplinary projects beyond your work unit Promoting an inclusive environment through programs, initiatives, and affinity groups Supporting employee inquiries and routine HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, and benefits Training and developing leadership decision-making skills Collaborating across organizational levels to prioritize employee experience and customer obsession About the team We could be a great match if you: Are excited to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Enjoy working in a logistics warehouse, engaging teams, training leaders, and creating a great workplace Are enthusiastic about generalist HR roles dealing with various topics daily Are flexible to work night shifts or weekends as needed, given the 24/7 operation Qualifications include: Completed Bachelor's Degree 3 years of HR generalist experience in subsystems Experience supporting large operational groups (factories, warehouses, call centers) Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) Willingness to work 100% on-site, with flexibility during peak periods Experience in HR within manufacturing, transportation, or logistics sectors Masters or Post-Degree preferred Data Analytics skills and knowledge of BI tools Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
