Delivery Manager

Overview Delivery Manager position at Tata Consultancy Services. The role focuses on learning, transformation of career, and delivering end-to-end IT projects with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Desirable experience in projects involving low-code and automation platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, Appian or similar. Manage end-to-end deliveries, ensuring scope, timelines, and budget (on time, on budget). Apply solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall). Coordinate multiple technologies and multidisciplinary squads simultaneously. Understand platform integrations (APIs, web services, databases). Manage SLAs, KPIs, and delivery metrics. Knowledge of software development life cycle, backlog prioritization, and refinement. Provide sufficient technical understanding to support architecture discussions and critical decisions with teams. Lead end-to-end delivery initiatives. Consult management and engineering teams with functional technical advice, including business analysis and project management. Maintain excellent communication with clients, squads, and executives. Influence without direct authority. Apply a strategic mindset focused on business-oriented solutions. Demonstrate proactivity and resilience in complex environments with multiple simultaneous projects. Lead with collaborative leadership, focused on continuous delivery and process improvement. Exhibit excellent soft skills (communication, coordination, negotiation). Maintain advanced proficiency in English. Nice to have / Preferable Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL, or platform-specific credentials. Experience in multinational environments and working with distributed teams.
