Overview IT Senior Solution Specialist, SAP Production Planning & Quality at Louis Dreyfus Company. Main duties & responsibilities As a Sr. Solution Specialist, you are the reference for the SAP PP&QM solution. Define and establish target solution, starting from an initial conceptual vision and evolving into a concrete solution specification. Make high-level design choices according to the business strategy; dictate the standards, guidelines, best practices, and patterns and identify impacts on the information system. Understand business requirements, prepare or review specifications, work effectively with other functional and technical team members, make recommendations, and converge all requirements into one or several solutions. When specifications are set and solutions defined, ensure the delivery of the solution hand-in-hand with the rest of the team. Gatekeeper of the PP&QM and its integration with the rest of the ecosystem. Understand the business needs and translate into a solution. With other team members, design cross-process flows. Work closely and confidently with various departments. Maintain and enhance your process. Act as trusted partner for long term & continuous improvement: manage business relationship to define target priorities and business value. Ensure communication and be responsible of measurable KPIs. Coordinate with other domains to ensure end-to-end design and collaboration. Elaborate action plans for continuous improvements of the solution and solving recurrent incidents. Be onboarded as a project team member in the S/4 worldwide roadmap. Full view of SAP PP&QM processes, including integration with other flows. Make solution design decisions as owner of the SAP PP&QM solution & processes. Manage the business relationship to ensure priority and business value. Enable long-term value by proposing solution improvements. Experience & IT Skills Experience in IT best practices. Good experience in SAP PP (Production Planning and Execution). Good experience in SAP QM (Quality Management). Medium experience in SAP IM (Inventory Management). Good experience in SAP QM integration with LIMS. Basic experience in SAP Integration (IDoc, Web Services, etc.). Basic experience in ABAP debugging. Good experience in SAP Fiori. Basic experience with JIRA and ServiceNow. Good experience on full SAP rollout project lifecycle. Business Skills Good PP&QM business processes understanding. Good experience in food or pharma industry. Basic experience in soft commodity trading practices. Language Skills Fluent English. Native Portuguese. Additional Information Possibility to work remotely one day a week. Complete degree.
