About the Role Job Responsibilities Establish a data monitoring system for warehousing, including maintaining data sources, building data dashboards, and generating periodic data reports for visualization. Monitor the operational health of warehousing, develop frameworks and processes to improve efficiency, and provide optimization suggestions for business processes, labor performance, capacity planning, and more. Provide data support for projects, assisting warehouse teams, product teams, and other departments in smooth business operations. Support ad-hoc data tasks to meet business needs. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree or above, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in warehousing data analysis. Proficient in SQL, data tools (Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis skills, with a solid understanding of analytical methodologies. Responsible for data extraction, analysis, and optimization strategies. English proficiency for workplace communication; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
