Business Intelligence Analyst (INDI) We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This professional will be responsible for taking raw information – numbers or qualitative data sets – and constructing narratives that help our business colleagues to make better decisions. The primary goal is to take large volumes of complex data, extract insights, and help solve problems. Key responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identify and query data sources to get the required data. Cleanse and massage data into the shape required, creating Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards to meet requirements. Present and gather feedback from stakeholders on the finished product. Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau; develop reports according to analyst-defined specifications. Conduct technical training. Maintain and document the operational environment. Maintain and process SQL Server SPs and queries. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience developing BI dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing data. Understanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, deployment, and at least 1 year of experience using Tableau. Solid understanding of relational data modeling concepts. Strong analytic skills with a hands-on approach and ability to deliver commitments. Superior organizational skills and disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation. Experience with ETL of data from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (a plus). Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server (a plus). Advanced English level. Data Analyst (Multiple Roles) Data Analyst positions to support an upcoming engagement, with potential extension depending on project needs. Roles include Senior, Intermediate, and Junior levels. Must speak English and Portuguese. General responsibilities: Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and support strategic decisions. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business teams to understand data needs. Ensure data accuracy and reliability across sources and reports. Perform ad-hoc analysis and automate reporting processes where possible. Remote Talent Data Analyst Overview of the Talent Data Analyst role at INDI: responsible for turning raw data into narratives that guide business decisions within our Talent team. Includes KPIs, dashboards, and reporting, taking place in a fully remote, international context. Key responsibilities: UnderstandTalent funnel and architect data solutions from scratch, including KPI definitions. Query data sources to obtain required data, cleanse and shape data, create datasets, reports, and dashboards. Present to stakeholders and gather feedback. Deploy reports and dashboards to data analysis tools and maintain documentation. Requirements: At least 3 years BI dashboard and reporting experience. Experience with data analysis tools; admin, licensing, security, deployment experience is a plus. Relational data modeling concepts; strong analytics and documentation skills. Senior Data Analyst / Modeler – Snowflake / Power BI (Rapida Solutions) About Rapida Solutions: an international data consultancy with teams in Thailand, Australia, and Brazil, delivering data initiatives using Snowflake, Power BI, and related technologies. This is a senior, customer-facing role based in Brazil. Key responsibilities: Lead customer-facing data initiatives in English and serve as the main point of contact for analytics and modeling discussions. Design and implement semantic and dimensional data models in Snowflake. Build and optimize Power BI datasets with attention to performance. Write and review complex SQL queries; translate business requirements into scalable data solutions. Guide customers on best practices in data modeling, analytics, and BI strategy. Collaborate with international teams to deliver end-to-end data projects. Mentor other analysts and engineers. Qualifications: Proven experience as Senior Data Analyst / Data Modeler. Strong Snowflake, dimensional modeling (Kimball/Inmon), and semantic layer design. Advanced SQL skills; strong Power BI expertise (aggregations, large models, performance). Excellent English communication; strong business acumen. Experience leading client-facing projects across countries. Nice to have: knowledge in retail, e-commerce, or hospitality data.
