About the Role: We are looking for skilled and motivated Data Analysts at junior, mid, and senior levels to join a fully remote and dynamic project. Candidates must be based in Brazil or Portugal and have hands-on experience with AWS Glue or Microsoft Purview . Key Responsibilities: Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and support strategic decisions. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business teams to understand data needs. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across sources and reports. Perform ad-hoc analysis and build automated reporting processes where possible. Requirements: Experience working as a Data Analyst (junior to senior levels welcome). Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker ). Solid understanding of data analysis techniques , statistics, and KPIs. Comfortable working with large datasets and various data sources (e.g., cloud data warehouses, APIs). Experience with Excel , and at least one programming language such as Python or R is a plus. English level: B2 or higher – able to work in an international team environment. Must be currently residing in Brazil or Portugal . Nice to Have: Experience with data storytelling and presenting findings to non-technical audiences. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of ETL processes or working alongside data engineering teams. Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks. Overview: We are looking for a Talent Data Analyst to join our Talent team. This professional will be responsible for taking raw information – numbers or qualitative data sets – and constructing narratives that help our business colleagues make better decisions. The primary goal is to take large volumes of complex data from our Talent team, extract insights, and help solve problems. Key responsibilities: Understand the Talent funnel and architect a Data solution from scratch, including the definition of KPIs and metrics. Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identifying and querying data sources to get the required data. Cleanse and massage data into the shape required, creating datasets, reports, and dashboards to meet requirements. Present and gather feedback from stakeholders. Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Data Analysis tools, developing reports according to analyst-defined specifications. Maintain and document the operational environment. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience developing BI dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing data. Strong understanding of data analysis tools; experience with administration, licensing, security, and deployment is a plus. Solid understanding of relational data modeling. Strong analytic skills with a hands-on approach and ability to deliver commitments. Excellent organizational skills and documentation. Experience with ETL using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies is a plus. Knowledge of SQL Server architecture and/or creating tabular data models in SQL Server is a plus. Advanced English level.
