Join to apply for the Programador de Manutenção role at Grupo Engear . Responsibilities include: Planning and scheduling preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work orders. Developing maintenance plans based on historical data, technical manuals, and manufacturer recommendations. Monitoring maintenance activities to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Controlling and updating maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities. Managing inventory of parts and materials, requesting purchases as needed. Using maintenance management systems (CONFIRM8) to record and track work orders. Analyzing maintenance performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, etc.). Providing technical support to the maintenance team and collaborating with client areas, infrastructure, and safety teams. Qualifications: Previous experience as a maintenance planner or in technical maintenance roles in industry. Technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Automation, or related fields. Proficiency in planning and control tools (Excel, Word). Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS). Analytical skills for interpreting indicators and decision-making. Organizational skills, proactivity, and result-oriented mindset.
