What you will do as a Supervisor I Supervise team management; Manage indicators using system tools and Power BI; Perform daily reports; Conduct monthly individual feedback sessions; Develop Personal Development Plans (PDI) with team members; Ensure quality customer service at the branch; Maintain fleet quality by overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting technical quality control; Manage the branch's operational fleet; Achieve growth, profitability, sales, and service goals; Analyze daily operational indicators and evaluate team performance; Protect the Localiza brand. Requirements Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; Complete higher education; Leadership experience; Customer service experience; Experience with performance indicators; Valid driver's license (Category B) with at least 1 year of driving experience.
