In this role, you'll be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of key applications related to pricing, product catalogs, and configurations. You will troubleshoot incidents, collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, and help implement intelligent automation solutions based on operational data. This position is ideal for candidates with a mix of technical skills (Java, databases) and a passion for driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, global environment. Main responsibilities: •Responsible for multiple Sales Readiness (Cost/Pricing, Product Catalogs & Configurations etc.) relevant applications' operation & maintenance, including trouble shooting, rapid diagnosis and resolution to user issues/incidents within SLA, response & resolve to user inquiries & requests. •Work with up/down-stream system IT engineers to solve cross-functional issues. •Collaborates with L3 on technical issues' primary analysis & trouble shooting •Responsible of intelligent operation solutions/fulfillment such as automation, AI IT employee of the system/application, deliver solutions based on operational data analysis, engage & collaborate with relevant team in development. Requirements: • Bachelor or higher degree in Information Management & Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. • 2-4 years working experience in Java development, Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL, or other common databases is preferred. A quick learner, be able to understand & master a Lenovo business process & relevant technical skills, even if they're totally new to the candidate. • Strong communicational skills, be able to explain resolutions to a non-technical user of the application, experienced in driving multiple stakeholders to alignments. • Strong self-motivation & ownership, support on-call duty shifts out of working hours when required. • English as a working language - (Advanced english level) • Team worker and quick learner, be able to work with team members cross site.
