About the Role - As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable systems that serve customers, partners, and internal teams. Responsibilities End-to-end ownership of key systems and features — from design through deployment. Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers in a transparent, agile environment. Refining engineering practices and mentoring fellow developers through code reviews and technical leadership. Delivering software using CI/CD pipelines, with a strong eye on performance, stability, and modularity. Participating in on-call rotations and improving system observability and resilience. Championing a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation. Required Skills 4 years of backend experience using REST/GraphQL APIs. 2 years of frontend experience with React and SSR (Server Side Rendering). Experience in cloud environments (AWS preferred) and distributed system architecture. Comfort with relational and NoSQL databases, and modern DevOps practices. Strong understanding of CI/CD, secure coding, testing, and version control. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and product-led organizations. Passion for clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Preferred Skills Experience with MobX, component libraries, or design systems. Familiarity with microservices and service-oriented architecture (SOA). Contribution to open-source or mentoring experience.
