Job Description

Overview Account Director | eCommerce | eRetailers | Team Management role at eStoreLabs . The mission of this role is to lead and inspire the team to achieve objectives, budgets and quality while maintaining high client satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage a dedicated part of the business from an operational point of view (Americas) Lead and coach a team to deliver high quality projects Create strategy and act as an advisor in ecommerce development for clients and the team Build long-term client relationships through analysis of their business needs, evaluation and development of the client (e.g., business reviews and KPI reporting), continually improving the client experience Support the sales team with information and input for pitches Develop innovative ideas to run the business and execute them Analyze day-to-day team efficiency and identify opportunities for improvements to people and processes Serve as a role model and knowledge expert; train and develop people within the team; provide feedback and performance reviews to support professional growth Manage budgets and P&L of the Americas projects and report to the board Lead client accounts with overall responsibility for the client-agency relationship and continuously improve the client experience Ensure projects are profitable and drive growth Qualifications Passionate, ambitious individual with a business-oriented, strategic approach Min. 5 years of supervising / team management experience (min 5-7 people) with leadership development At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce Experienced in project management and working with eRetailers (especially Amazon & Walmart) Experience with international clients on various projects and ability to build long-term relationships Experience in strategic business consulting Understanding of budgeting, reporting and P&L Fluency in English - at least C1 level We Offer Cooperation based on B2B contract or contract of service through the Deel platform for international cooperation 26 paid days off from service provision plus national holidays Opportunity to work with recognized global brands as clients Exciting and friendly work environment Work in an international team without rigid corporate rules A company MacBook and phone Further development and training in eCommerce Annual performance bonus or salary raise Shorter working day on Fridays during holiday months (July–August) Recruitment Process Step 1: Analysis of received applications (CVs).
