This program covers supply chain processes such as procurement (SAP MM, ARIBA, FIORI), inventory management (SAP MM), equipment maintenance (SAP PM), production planning (SAP PP), quality inspection (SAP QM), sales & distribution (SAP SD), and transportation management (SAP TM). In this context, Louis Dreyfus is seeking an SAP Sales & Distribution Solution Manager to support the rollout in Brazil, one of the largest scopes of the project. This role offers an opportunity to develop expertise in LDC’s sales & distribution processes within S/4HANA and to play a key role in the SAP program. Job Description As a Sr. Solution Specialist, you will be the referent for SAP sales and distribution solutions, defining and establishing target solutions, making high-level design choices, and ensuring effective delivery of solutions in collaboration with technical teams. Your main responsibilities include: Understanding business needs and translating them into solutions. Designing cross-process flows with team members. Working closely with various departments. Maintaining and enhancing processes. You will also manage long-term relationships, define priorities, communicate effectively, and propose improvements to ensure continuous value addition. You will be part of a global initiative, onboarded as a project team member in the S/4HANA roadmap, with responsibilities including managing SAP SD processes, making solution design decisions, and enabling long-term improvements. Experience & Skills Minimum 6 years of experience in large IT projects within an international environment. Skills include: Expertise in SAP SD, SAP Fiori, SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP TM, and SAP integration (IDoc, Web Service). Experience with full SAP rollout lifecycle. Understanding of contract, procure-to-pay, and soft commodity trading processes. Soft skills required: Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly. Critical thinking, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
