ABOUT THE ROLE: As our Director of Business Development for Hunting, you will own the end-to-end acquisition of new sellers for SHEIN Marketplace. Leading a 50 person, multi-layer team, you will set the strategy, build scalable processes, and cultivate a high-performance culture to accelerate new seller growth and directly impact GMV. You will design and execute a data-driven hunting motion, optimize funnel conversion, and partner cross-functionally to unlock new acquisition channels and partnerships. Responsabilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and continuously refine innovative, data-driven hunting strategies to maximize market share. Team Development: Mentor, motivate, and scale high-performing teams; foster a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous skill development. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global and local stakeholders to synchronize priorities, initiatives, and best practices, ensuring process optimization and operational alignment. Revenue Accountability: Assume full ownership of GMV results from newly acquired sellers; set ambitious targets and establish mechanisms for performance tracking and achievement. Market Innovation: Identify, pilot, and scale new acquisition channels and partnership models to drive seller growth in a highly competitive landscape. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. 10 years experience in business development, sales, or marketplace growth, including proven leadership of large, multi-layered teams. Demonstrated success in developing data-driven strategies and delivering measurable revenue growth. Deep understanding of brazilian marketplace ecosystems, seller acquisition, and scalable operations. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities. High adaptability in fast-paced, growth-focused environments. Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
